Recruitment/Employment Options
AMR works with various Clients who may offer the following recruitment/employment options:
- Employment - Employed by the health-care facility. Employee benefits are offered in addition to malpractice coverage and continuing medical education (CME). Some health-care facilities offer incentives for productivity. Practice is owned by hospital; however, the employed Physicain runs the office as if it were his/her own practice. Employment can be offered in a solo or group practice setting.
- Net Income Guarantee - Health-care facility guarantees that the Physician makes an agreed dollar amount after reasonable practice expenses. Practice is owned and operated by the Physician. This option is usually offered for a solo practice setting; however, some hospitals offer the same option while working in another physician's office. Call for details.
